THEIR STORY

Esther joined our LFK family in 2014. We heard about this family through her school. She was recommended to us from the teachers.

Margaret is Esther's mom. She takes care of Esther and one other daughter named Anne. There is no father in the picture. We accepted this family into our program because Esther is HIV positive. Thankfully she is taking the necessary medications for now.

The three of them live in one structure and they all share one bed. Because they have such a small income, Margaret struggles to provide for these kids. Their home needs some repairs and Margaret has requested that we accept her other daughter Anne into our program as well.
