INTRODUCING: GUARDIAN MARGARET AND MARGARET MUTENGANYA

THEIR STORY

​

Margaret joined our LFK family in 2014. We heard about this family through her school. She was recommended to us from the teachers. 

​

Her father died in 2006 from tuberculosis and her mother passed away in 2013 while giving birth to her sibling. Margaret and her husband Peter take care of Margaret and her sibling.

​

In their household there are 7 of them total including Margaret's aunt and her 2 kids. The home is made up of two structures. Margaret does not have a bed frame or mattress. Their biggest need is repairing their home and building a safer structure. They also struggle to provide food.
