INTRODUCING: GUARDIAN DORCAS AND KASUNGU MWIKALI

THEIR STORY

​

Kasungu joined our LFK family in 2014. We heard about this family through his school. He was recommended to us from the teachers. Kasungu is an 11 year old ball of energy. He loves to laugh and play, he is not shy at all. 

​

His mother passed away in 2013 from Tuberculosis. His father is still alive but lives in another city. Dorcas is Aunt to Kasungu. Her brother is his father. Dorcas is married and has three kids of her own.

​

In their household there are 6 people. The home has 2 structures and Kasungu shares his room with his cousins. Thankfully they have a well kept home and Dorcas's husband is able to work. Their biggest need is providing school fees and food for all four kids.
